Yes, these blondies are low carb and keto friendly! Each serving has just 1.9 grams net carbs, compared to a traditional blondie that has 31 grams of total carbs (or more!).
Just be aware that not all almond flour blondie recipes are keto. It will depend on what sweetener is used. This recipe uses Besti Brown, our natural low carb brown sugar replacement.

Sooo good! Oh my goodness this is my new favorite dessert! I shared this with my non-keto family and they loved it, as well! Moist and fluffy, sweet and savory with that Leto brown sugar 😋 Easy, easy prep and I can’t ever eat just one 🤩 Thank goodness they’re less than 2 nc each! I will definitely be making these babies again!

Sooo DELICIOUS ! Easy to prep and hard to eat just one serving 😉 I added a few dark chocolate chips on top! Yummy! Going into my favorite section:)!

There was a HUGE problem….they were so good that it was nearly impossible to eat just one 2X2 square. My solution was to “track” in an app before any other meals for the day. They were very easy to make and very tasty. Just ordered another (3) bags of the Besti Brown sugar to make these again. Next time, I will freeze part of these right out from the start so I can spread them out.

I made these “blondies” because I prefer the “butterscotch” flavor to the chocolate ones. I did add in a little caramel extract and I cut the bars into 32 pieces because I like 2 little ones to one regular ones. I get to savor them longer!
I plan to add in the sugar-free white chocolate chips in place of the nut and, I am planning to try the Lily’s butterscotch chips next.

They look nice. Is there a replacement for Besti brown?
Maya | Wholesome Yum
Sorry, no, there isn’t. This is explained in the post above.

As we european are cut off 🙁 your sweetener isn’t avaible here. Quite frustrating following you, seeing your recipes and just “look but do not touch”. Hope you’ll find some suggestion to try to obtain something similar even if the first choice remains your sweetener: surely being you that expert you can elaborate a kind of strategy to help us feeling satisfied too…
Maya | Wholesome Yum
Hi Roberta, We try to offer substitutions whenever possible, but sometimes there isn’t a good substitute and often this is a reason that we created our products in the first place, to fill a gap for what is available out there. We’d love to be able to ship around the world, but food has strict regulations in each country and getting product to each country in an affordable way to customers is difficult as well. We’re trying the best we can! Feel free to sign up here to be notified when it’s available in your area.
Gloria
Hi – when will you be shipping to Canada? I so want to try your sweetners.

Is it possible to make these in a different size pan? I have a loaf pan and a 9×13
Maya | Wholesome Yum
Yes. You can cut the recipe in half to make it in a loaf pan, or can multiply it by 2 to make it in a 9×13 pan.
