Sugar-Free Keto Lemon Curd Recipe
Delicious, easy keto lemon curd takes just 4 ingredients + 5 minutes to make - without sugar! Put this low carb sugar-free lemon curd recipe on all your favorite low carb desserts.
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
- 6 large Egg yolks
- 3/4 cup Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat.
Add lemon juice, egg yolks, Besti, lemon zest, and salt. Stir together.
Return saucepan to low-medium heat on stove and whisk continuously for 3-5 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
Serving size: 1 tablespoon
