Low Carb Keto Chocolate Donuts Recipe
The BEST keto chocolate donuts ever! These double chocolate low carb keto donuts with glaze take just 30 minutes and have only 3.9 grams net carbs each.
Ingredients
Chocolate Keto Donuts:
- 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup Besti Monk Fruit Erythritol Blend
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
Chocolate Glaze:
- 1/4 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Erythritol Blend
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tbsp Water (add another 1/2 tbsp to thin out if needed)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Grease a donut pan well.

In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Sift the almond flour, Besti, baking powder, cocoa powder, sea salt, and xanthan gum into the wet ingredients, and mix well.

Transfer the batter evenly into the donut cavities, filling the all the way to the top. Bake for about 20-25 minutes (or longer for a silicone pan!). Cool completely.

Meanwhile, make chocolate glaze. In a small bowl, sift the powdered Besti and cocoa powder together. Add water and vanilla, and mix well.

After donuts have cooled, dip the tops of each donut into the chocolate glaze.
