Maple Glazed Keto Brussels Sprouts Recipe
One bite of this keto brussels sprouts recipe and you'll be hooked! These roasted brussels are perfectly crispy and made w just 3 ingredients.
- 2 lb Brussels sprouts (halved)
- 1/4 cup Wholesome Yum Keto Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together to coat sprouts.
Transfer brussels sprouts to the baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for about 30 minutes, until outside is crispy and browned.
Serving size: ~1 cup brussels sprouts, or 1/8 entire recipe
