Healthy Keto Strawberry Muffins Recipe With Almond Flour
Healthy keto strawberry muffins are sweet, moist, and studded with strawberries. These almond flour muffins have just 4g net carbs each!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 cup Wholesome Yum Keto Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Strawberries (chopped)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with 12 parchment or silicone muffin liners.

In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt.

Stir in the keto maple syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla and stir until well combined. Gently fold in the strawberries.

Distribute the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until top is golden and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
