I love this flour. It’s so finely ground and easy to work with. I love coconut to begin with, so anything coconut fits me perfectly. You don’t get a strong coconut taste from this flour, though, but it makes really great pancakes, bread, and many other foods and works really well mixing with almond flour and many other ingredients.

I have made coconut flour chocolate chip cookies a number of times, and they never fail to give me the sweetness I so enjoy. Simple to make, but do a double batch, as they keep well in the freezer. I enjoy them frozen with a cup of tea.

Simply One Ingredient: Organic Coconuts
We scrape the meat from inside whole coconuts, grate it, and strain it to separate the solids from the coconut milk. Then, we dry out the coconut pulp in the oven at a low temperature and finally grind and sift them into a super fine powder to make coconut flour.
With just one ingredient, how we make our flour is just as important as what goes in it. Ours has a super fine grind to get a good texture when baking.

I don't use as much coconut flour as almond flour, but the little bit I have used has worked very well. It is a nice fine texture. Very high quality!
Just starting to try and eat Keto. I purchased the coconut flour because I love to bake. So far I made the coconut waffles. They were very tasty. A little softer than what I would like, but as suggested, we popped them into the toaster oven and it helped crisp them up a little.

Recently I ordered several/and a variety of the sugar substitutes, as well as the coconut flour, almond flour, and bread mix. I haven’t used them all yet, but am very happy with what I have used. I used the Banana Bread, and Zuccinni bread receipies for Thanksgiving and was very happy how they turned out. It has been years since I backed anything, mostly because I changed my lifestyle and diet to restrict sugar and dairy and go gluten free because after I did a detox a couple years ago I found that breads and potatoes really bother my digestion, and caused inflammation and mucus production. So, I stopped baking and this year I really wanted to contribute something sweet and tasty to the menu to share with friends that I could enjoy. I was successful, thank you very much. Having them delivered was wonderful too. It saved me time, not only in shopping, but in shopping around to find the right things. It was a big bonus that there were recipes that I could use. I plan to use the coconut flour to make your recipe for macaroons. I would have done that for the holiday too, but I didn’t have parchment paper (soon to be remedied). I think the only thing that I was disappointed in was the resealable packaging. Because of the fine texture of the floors and sugars, they are hard to reseal. The bag, were sealed in processing, but not the resealable part so it was difficult to assure the sealing, so I just rolled the bag at the top and clamped it shut. I will have jars to put them in in the future. And, yes, I do plan to reorder many of the things after I run out. Thank you for these wonderful products.

I’m just new to keto and when I saw the special of Coconut,Almond flour and Alulose powder and crystal I thought go for it. That was the best decision. The coconut flour tastes and smells so good. I put more in than asked and cut back on the almond flour. Just remember it absorbs more liquid than you’d expect. I use it for waffles and pancakes. Going to try muffins tomorrow. Enjoy.
